As a serial entrepreneur, he has experienced first-hand the growing pains and operational difficulties that every business owner is all too familiar with; MILO was created as a solution to many of them. In building this company, he maintained that every aspect of business would focus on helping others achieve their goals, rather than focusing on achieving his own. Where do we begin with this multifaceted gem of an individual? How about starting with the year that he graduated college, bought his first business, bought his first house and got married to top it all off! Yes, you heard correctly, that ONE year. He’s that guy: driven, motivated, always looking to learn and grow. A degree in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship was a fitting start to the business-building career path that Robert has chosen for himself. What keeps him sane amidst the everyday grind is finding time to spend with his family, surfing as often as possible and maybe hopping across that Northern border for a little snowboarding adventure every so often.

Who is Erin? A badass Dodge Challenger driving mofo that’s who! (Competition orange, of course) Erin brings over ten years of project management and executive administrative assistance experience to the team. Early on, she shifted her career focus to support bookkeepers and their growing businesses, which is how she met MILO. Task and deadline-oriented, she will get it done, on time, and will make sure you do too. When she’s not traveling or horse packing in the mountains, she’s busy at home with her two boys. She’s incredible, we love her and we know you will too.

The man, the myth, the Jamis! Jamison brings over fifteen years of bookkeeping and account management experience to the MILO team. With a bachelors degree in Business Management and a diverse background of working with all types of businesses, from small businesses to large corporations, nonprofits to for-profits and everything in-between, he has seen it all. As a proud father of two, an active musician and a loyal husband and dog owner, Jamison keeps his head and heart full and happy.
